Gas Fitting
Faults with gas appliances and fittings can pose a serious risk to health and safety.
Gas Fitting is a special licence category in Queensland and requires anyone undertaking gas fitting work (install, remove, alter, repair, service, or test) to hold licences with both the QBCC and the Chief Gas Examiner Resources Safety and Health Queensland.

Blocked Drains

BACKFLOW TESTING SERVICES
Backflow prevention devices need to be fitted in properties which have been assessed as a risk of contaminating the mains water supply.
Under Queensland government plumbing legislations, backflow devices need to be registered with the council. Councils maintain a list of backflow devices installed in the area which need to be inspected annually by a licensed Plumber who holds a specialist backflow endorsement.
We provide a range of backflow testing services including:

Thermostatic Mixing Value (TMV)

Water Efficiency Certificate QLD
We conduct an audit of your rental property, ensure the property meets water efficiency requirements and issue you with a Water Efficiency Certificate.
